Juvelook I is a treatment for fine lines and skin texture around the eyes using PDLLA and hyaluronic acid (HA). We confirm the product and formulation to be used, the approved scope and your skin thickness before deciding the treatment area. Deep hollows or protruding fat are assessed separately, and puffiness on the day is not taken as a collagen effect. At QD Clinic, your goals and skin assessment guide the product, area and recovery plan.
Juvelook I is available at QD Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, Korea.

Juvelook I at a glance
Juvelook I consultations focus on fine lines and texture around the eyes. We look at what is causing the dark circles and how thick the skin is, and keep this separate from plans for deep hollowness or protruding fat.
- Treatment time
- Appointment length depends on consultation, numbing and treatment extent. Tell us your available time and important plans when booking.
- Sessions and progress
- The initial puffy appearance does not mean the collagen change is complete. Once the swelling has subsided, we check the skin surface and how it feels to the touch, and decide on additional treatment while watching the gradual progress. PDLLA cannot be dissolved like HA filler, so the next treatment is not rushed while clumping remains.
- Recovery
- Small bumps from injections that go down over time need to be distinguished from long-lasting nodules. If a firm lump persists, or is red and painful, examination is needed. PDLLA cannot be dissolved with an enzyme as HA filler can, so do not massage the area hard on your own.
Timing, progress and recovery depend on your condition and treatment area. See the guidance below for details and precautions.
is this for me
Who it’s for
Even if none of these describes you, we will look again at the consultation.
- We check whether fine lines and skin texture that bother you up close are the main concern. Dark circles can have mixed causes such as hollowing, pigmentation and visible blood vessels, so skin-texture treatment alone does not improve them all.
- Under-eye darkness may involve hollows, protruding fat, pigmentation or skin quality. Suitability is judged after checking the product’s approved use, the condition of your eyelids and previous treatments. Whether each product is injected directly under the eyes or used on the surrounding area is decided at the examination.
start with your concern
Before you pick a treatment name, start with the cause of your concern.
Even a treatment with the same name takes on a different role and scope depending on your current structure, the change you want, what you have had before and the recovery time you have.

How it works
Juvelook I
Juvelook I is a treatment for fine lines and skin texture around the eyes using PDLLA and hyaluronic acid (HA). We confirm the product and formulation to be used, the approved scope and your skin thickness before deciding the treatment area. Deep hollows or protruding fat are assessed separately, and puffiness on the day is not taken as a collagen effect.

How it works
Assessing the change
Collagen-stimulating treatments are assessed over weeks to months. How tight the skin feels on the treatment day is not used on its own to judge the effect. Rather than recommending a fixed number of sessions up front, we decide whether and how often to repeat from your skin condition, the specific product instructions and your response to the first treatment. Allow recovery time before an important event.
the qd standard
The same treatment, never the same plan.
Rather than a fashionable name or a fixed package, we weigh the structure found at examination, safety, recovery and the limits within one plan.
- DIAGNOSIS FIRST
Cause before name
We first separate out the tissue and the function behind your concern.
- LESS, PRECISE
Only as much as needed
Rather than an excessive change, we plan the smallest scope with a clear role.
- HONEST LIMIT
The limits, explained too
We explain the change you can expect, the alternatives, individual differences and the risks.
personal plan

Start with the concern
Before your consultation, please note your usual swelling and dry eyes, any previous filler or surgery, and the medicines you take. If you have an important event or departure date, we plan recovery time and how follow-up will be checked as well.
Understand your product
We check whether fine lines and skin texture that bother you up close are the main concern. Dark circles can have mixed causes such as hollowing, pigmentation and visible blood vessels, so skin-texture treatment alone does not improve them all.
Plan through recovery
After appropriate comfort measures and cleansing, the doctor treats the agreed areas.

Please read this before treatment
- Small bumps from injections that go down over time need to be distinguished from long-lasting nodules. If a firm lump persists, or is red and painful, examination is needed. PDLLA cannot be dissolved with an enzyme as HA filler can, so do not massage the area hard on your own.
Safety & considerations
Possible reactions
- Infection, persistent nodules, unevenness, inflammation or allergic reactions can occur. Injections carry rare but serious risks including vascular injury or blockage and tissue damage. Small bumps that appear right after injection and go down need to be distinguished from nodules that last a long time or appear later. If a firm lump persists or grows, or comes with pain or redness, seek medical care. Non-HA ingredients such as PDLLA, PLLA, PCL and PDO cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase the way HA filler can.
Before treatment
- Tell us about pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies, immune conditions, medicines, and previous fillers, threads or other procedures.
- Active inflammation or infection at the site needs assessment before treatment is scheduled.
Worsening pain, pale or mottled skin, visual symptoms or breathing difficulty need urgent medical attention. Outcomes and duration vary; a specific result is not guaranteed.

before consultation
Before you decide, the questions people always ask
Juvelook I is a treatment for fine lines and skin texture around the eyes using PDLLA and hyaluronic acid (HA). We confirm the product and formulation to be used, the approved scope and your skin thickness before deciding the treatment area. Deep hollows or protruding fat are assessed separately, and puffiness on the day is not taken as a collagen effect.
For Juvelook I, the characteristics of a PDLLA/HA product need to be considered together with the conditions of thin eye-area skin. We set the extent to be treated for fine lines and skin texture, and evaluate deep tear troughs or protruding fat separately. The line and amount are not applied in the same way as for the Skin and Volume lines.
The initial puffy appearance does not mean the collagen change is complete. Once the swelling has subsided, we check the skin surface and how it feels to the touch, and decide on additional treatment while watching the gradual progress. This treatment is aimed at skin texture and fine lines around the eyes, so the same result cannot be expected for every hollow or dark circle. The cause, whether hollowing, pigmentation, visible vessels or protruding fat, needs to be identified so that other options can be compared. We first check the exact product to be used around the eyes, its approved scope, your skin thickness and any previous injections.
Fullness just after treatment that then settles differs from firm lumps that persist or appear later. Seek assessment for persistent or growing lumps, pain or redness. Unlike HA filler, PDLLA cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase, so consult your clinician rather than trying to treat it yourself.
Look at the examination and the plan rather than the treatment name. First, what the clinic checks before deciding. For this treatment, QD Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul starts by looking at this: “Juvelook I is a treatment for fine lines and skin texture around the eyes using PDLLA and hyaluronic acid (HA)”. Second, whether it explains why it recommends that scope and method, compared with the alternatives. Third, whether it reviews your progress with you when results are expected. Our doctor goes through these three points at consultation before the treatment is decided.
