Water Glow Injection (Hy)
Water Glow Injection (Hy) is a 2cc skin-injection consultation using a sodium-hyaluronate medicine. The authorised drug use is distinguished from the proposed cosmetic skin application. It is assessed separately from Lilied M 5cc.
Water Glow Injection (Hy) is available at QD Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, Korea.

is this for me
Who it’s for
Even if none of these describes you, we will look again at the consultation.
- Discussing a limited dry-feeling region
- Clarifying how Hy differs from a previous hydration injection
- Reviewing coverage and possible recovery reactions before proceeding
2cc does not establish uniform full-face coverage. The authorised uses of Hy and its cosmetic application must be discussed separately.
start with your concern
Before you pick a treatment name, start with the cause of your concern.
Even a treatment with the same name takes on a different role and scope depending on your current structure, the change you want, what you have had before and the recovery time you have.
Where you are now, and where we start
Review Hy 2cc, its intended use and a limited-area plan for dry-feeling skin.
The change you want, the impression you keep
Agree which facial areas take priority.
How it differs from similar options
Review suitability rather than automatically including these regions.
Health information and recovery schedule
2cc does not establish uniform full-face coverage. The authorised uses of Hy and its cosmetic application must be discussed separately.
the principle
How it works
Water Glow Injection (Hy)
Hy is a prescription medicine containing sodium hyaluronate. A water-glow menu name does not establish an approved cosmetic indication. Consultation explains the proposed purpose, any off-label use, alternatives and risks; water-binding properties alone do not establish suitability.

How it works
Clarify intended use
Distinguish the medicine’s authorised indications from the proposed skin treatment.
Agree local coverage
Specify the areas included in the 2cc plan.
Check prior injectables
Review earlier fillers and hydration treatments in the same region.
Assess the response
Use the course of swelling, bumps and skin symptoms to guide follow-up.
the qd standard
The same treatment, never the same plan.
Rather than a fashionable name or a fixed package, we weigh the structure found at examination, safety, recovery and the limits within one plan.
- DIAGNOSIS FIRST
Cause before name
We first separate out the tissue and the function behind your concern.
- LESS, PRECISE
Only as much as needed
Rather than an excessive change, we plan the smallest scope with a clear role.
- HONEST LIMIT
The limits, explained too
We explain the change you can expect, the alternatives, individual differences and the risks.
personal plan
From consultation to follow-up, planned as one flow.

Explain the application
Discuss the authorised drug purpose and proposed skin use.
Confirm the 2cc area
Agree coverage before starting.
Check injection sites
Assess persistent bumps or swelling before another treatment.
What the procedure is like
- Review prior hydration injections, fillers and the pattern of dryness.
- Explain Hy, the 2cc coverage and the distinction between authorised use and skin application.
- Prepare cleansing and appropriate pain control for the agreed plan, then observe the response.
Allow for explanation, preparation and observation; coverage and response determine timing.
Please read this before treatment
- Injection marks, swelling and bruising can occur, so allow recovery time before important events.
- Avoid firm pressure or rubbing and follow the cleansing and moisturising instructions.
- Seek immediate care for blanching, spreading mottling or increasing pain.
Safety & considerations
Possible reactions
- Local pain, bruising, swelling and bumps
- Infection, allergy and uncommon vascular complications
Discuss before treatment
- Previous hyaluronic-acid reactions and filler locations
- Medicines affecting bleeding, skin infection, pregnancy or breastfeeding
The presence of hyaluronic acid in the body does not make every injection method safe. Risks must be discussed for the actual product and site.
what to expect
What to expect over time
A general guide to how the days and months after treatment usually unfold. Results vary by individual.
Consultation
Confirm the product purpose and area before deciding.
Early follow-up
Observe injection marks and swelling as they settle.
Reassessment
Review everyday dryness and any continuing discomfort.
Sessions & results
Skin thickness, distribution and prior injectables influence the response to 2cc. Increasing volume does not guarantee improvement; repetition is a clinical decision.
how it compares
How it compares
Hy 2cc and Lilied M 5cc are different product arrangements. They are not automatically beginner and advanced tiers; suitability and intended use guide the comparison.

before consultation
Before you decide, the questions people always ask
The products and authorised uses differ as well. They should not be understood as two amounts of the same medicine. Hy Inj. is a prescription medicine containing sodium hyaluronate, whereas the manufacturer classifies Lilied M as a tissue-repair biomaterial.
Its drug authorisation and proposed cosmetic skin application are separate. Discuss any off-label use, evidence, alternatives and risks before deciding. “Water glow” is the name of the clinic menu and does not describe an approved indication for Hy.
Treatment follows the agreed area and volume. A larger area requires a fresh suitability assessment and explanation of the revised plan. Because 2cc does not guarantee the same coverage across the whole face, the areas to treat and to leave out are confirmed together before starting.
The existing product, injection layer, date and any remaining swelling or nodules need review. A shared location does not automatically make overlapping treatment suitable. Any lingering bumps or swelling are assessed before further treatment, and please mention any side effects from previous hyaluronic acid products.
Dryness can also relate to dermatitis or cleansing habits. Reassess after early injection reactions settle instead of immediately repeating treatment. The reassessment looks at changes in everyday dryness and any remaining discomfort, and whether to repeat is decided from those findings.
