Neck Line Filler 1cc
neck line filler
Neck line filler uses hyaluronic acid (HA) filler to soften horizontal neck lines that have formed a groove. At QD Clinic, we look at skin thickness, how deep the lines are and how they change when you move your neck before deciding whether the treatment is suitable. The product we use is BELOTERO Soft.
Neck Line Filler 1cc is available at QD Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, Korea.

is this for me
Who it’s for
Even if none of these describes you, we will look again at the consultation.
- Horizontal neck lines that are visible even with your head held straight
- You would like the groove of a line and sagging skin told apart at consultation
- You would like the product, timing and what remains of a previous neck filler checked first
The aim is to soften the grooves of horizontal lines; it does not resolve all sagging of the neck or vertical muscle bands. We cannot guarantee that lines will disappear completely or that results will last for a set period.
start with your concern
Before you pick a treatment name, start with the cause of your concern.
Even a treatment with the same name takes on a different role and scope depending on your current structure, the change you want, what you have had before and the recovery time you have.
Where you are now, and where we start
Horizontal neck-line depth, skin thickness and movement
the principle
How it works
Horizontal neck-line depth, skin thickness and movement
HA gel is used to fill the local groove of a line. Because neck skin is thin and moves constantly, the amount is not decided by the length of the line alone.
How it works
Assess the anatomy
With you standing at ease and moving your head, we tell apart horizontal lines, skin thickness, sagging and vertical muscle bands. Previous fillers or surgery and any current skin inflammation are also checked.
Plan product and safety
Whether BELOTERO Soft suits you, the total amount and area needed, pain management and follow-up checks are decided at consultation. 1cc is the treatment unit; the amount you actually need is decided from the condition of your lines.
Review the contour
Once swelling and bruising have settled, we check symmetry, feel and contour at a follow-up visit. Whether to add more is decided based on that result.
the qd standard
The same treatment, never the same plan.
Rather than a fashionable name or a fixed package, we weigh the structure found at examination, safety, recovery and the limits within one plan.
- DIAGNOSIS FIRST
Cause before name
We first separate out the tissue and the function behind your concern.
- LESS, PRECISE
Only as much as needed
Rather than an excessive change, we plan the smallest scope with a clear role.
- HONEST LIMIT
The limits, explained too
We explain the change you can expect, the alternatives, individual differences and the risks.

What the procedure is like
- After consent and site checks, the clinician prepares the skin, provides planned pain control and treats the agreed area. Skin color and discomfort are checked before aftercare instructions and contact arrangements are provided.
- Do not press hard on or massage the treated area yourself. Follow your clinician’s individual advice on friction, clothing that presses on the neck and when to return to exercise.
Visit length depends on the area, extent, pain control and observation needed. Confirm time for consultation, preparation and observation when booking.
Please read this before treatment
- The initial shape includes swelling. Bruising, tenderness, tightness or firmness may occur; allow recovery time before important events.
Safety & considerations
Possible reactions
- Swelling, bruising, tenderness, firmness and asymmetry, which usually settle over time
- Uneven contour, nodules, migration, infection or delayed inflammation
- Rare but serious vascular blockage and tissue damage, including skin necrosis
Tell your doctor
- Previous filler product, date and amount; fat transfer, implants or surgery
- Allergies, bleeding tendency, medicines and health conditions; do not stop prescribed medication yourself
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, local infection or skin injury, unexplained pain or lumps
If pain gets worse or the skin turns pale or dark, contact your clinician immediately. Sudden changes in vision or difficulty breathing need emergency assessment. The hyaluronic acid injectable approved by the US FDA for neck lines is SKINVIVE (June 2026); Belotero Soft, used for this treatment, is not approved for the neck. Korean product indications and any use outside those indications must be checked and explained individually.

A general guide to how the days and months after treatment usually unfold. Results vary by individual.
Later review
HA filler is gradually absorbed over time. Duration varies with the product, amount, movement and individual tissue response. Further treatment depends on remaining volume and tissue condition.

Filler is assessed for local grooves, while energy-based tightening is assessed mainly for skin laxity. The right approach depends on the cause of the sagging and lines, and whether to combine them is also decided after examination.

before consultation
Before you decide, the questions people always ask
HA gel is used to fill the local groove of a line. Because neck skin is thin and moves constantly, the amount is not decided by the length of the line alone. The aim is to soften the grooves of horizontal lines; it does not resolve all sagging of the neck or vertical muscle bands. We cannot guarantee that lines will disappear completely or that results will last for a set period.
Line number and depth, skin thickness and previous treatment determine suitability and the amount discussed. More filler in one session is not the goal; further treatment may be considered after review. Overall neck laxity and vertical muscle bands are not treated with filler, so if these also concern you, whether a neck skin-tightening treatment is needed is assessed separately.
The amount is not set by line length alone; it depends on how deeply each crease folds when you are at rest and when you move your head, and on skin thickness. At consultation, the suitability of BELOTERO Soft, which creases to treat, pain management and review timing are agreed. 1cc is not a fixed dose for the whole neck, and rather than filling everything at once, any further treatment is decided at review.
After swelling and bruising settle, the review compares the creases with the head in a neutral position and in motion. Early fullness includes swelling, so it is not used alone to decide on more filler. HA filler is gradually absorbed over time, and because the neck moves often and its skin is thin, how long it lasts varies with the amount injected and your own condition.
The initial shape includes swelling. Bruising, tenderness, tightness or firmness may occur; allow recovery time before important events. Do not press hard on or massage the treated area yourself. Follow your clinician’s individual advice on friction, clothing that presses on the neck and when to return to exercise.
If you have had neck filler before, tell us the product, date and how much seems to remain, as well as any neck surgery, fat transfer or implants. Any inflammation or broken skin on the neck is checked before treatment. Allergies, bleeding tendency, medicines and health conditions are reviewed too; please do not stop prescribed medication yourself. Mention pregnancy or breastfeeding and any unexplained pain or lump.
Look at the examination and the plan rather than the treatment name. First, what the clinic checks before deciding. For this treatment, QD Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul starts by looking at this: “Horizontal neck-line depth, skin thickness and movement”. Second, whether it explains why it recommends that scope and method, compared with the alternatives. Third, whether it reviews your progress with you when results are expected. Our doctor goes through these three points at consultation before the treatment is decided.
